In 2003, the Virginia General Assembly passed a law requiring all CPAs subject to Virginia CPE requirements to take an annual ethics CPE course. Sponsors and instructors must be approved annually and listed on the Virginia Board of Accountancy (VBOA) website. This two-hour training was developed specifically under the VBOA's guidelines to help you meet that requirement.
